Bespoke Lighting Upgrade
A prestigious and distinctive riverside complex
Recent months had seen the teams involved in a lot of remedial work as a result of the introduction of the Electrical Safety Standards in the Private Rented Sector (England) Regulations 2020.
So it was a pleasant change to get involved in something more "creative". We were asked to upgrade the exisiting developer installed lighting as part of a bespoke makeover.
A commercial client recently invested in a property in Free Trade Wharf in London. This is a distinctive riverside complex comprising over 200 flats within a 1980s brick building and an adjoining pair of listed late 18th Century former warehouse buildings. The flats with terraces and balconies in each apartment offer striking views across the river, towards the City of London and Canary Wharf.
